In constant flux

In mythology the daughter of Poseidon Charybdis, became a sea monster when Zeus stole her body, to leave only a mouth that later became the whirlpool.

From a collection of a thousand, derives the handpicked plastic caps exclusively from bottles of Norwegian produced water. In constant flux are inextricably linked to habits of human consumption utilizing a process of water and electricity.Emerging from found blank spaces scattered, as a multiplied living organism. The caps seek to co-exist and engage to various interventions, thus creating a diverse scenario on display along different locations of the pedestrian streets storefronts. A choreography to appear in recognition of what previously been seen and to the expectation of what might will appear.

Behind the windowpanes jostle the small seductive colours of caps. The displays created are to be seen as found object-collages, known from Dada- and the Fluxus tradition,or a pixellat close up of a still. An exceeding expression when the cryptic noise makes presence multiplies and slowly penetrates the flat sublime surface facing its viewer and surrounding. Through a motorized rotating motion the image generates into a constant flux. A reflection in state of constant change, which seams to seek its way to unite and embody the void of permanent impermanence, as trace of its previous contain.
